Referrals: |
Requests for studies are accepted on your own stationery or if you desire, we can customise referral pads for you. Please advise your requirements. |
Which Campus? |
You or your secretary may contact either Campus to arrange an appointment for your patient. Please inform the Reception staff at this time whether you would like the report provided same-day, faxed or sent by conventional mail. The Department is investigating provision of reports via e-mail. If you would like to utilise this service, please let us know. It would be appreciated if you could also indicate at which address you would like the report sent. |
Previous studies: |
If your patient has had previous Nuclear Medicine or relevant Radiology studies performed elsewhere, we ask that these are brought to their appointment for comparison. If these are not at hand, then we may contact the previous service provider for copies. |
Reports: |
Provisional reports may be given by the Nuclear Medicine Registrar but in all cases, final reports are overseen by the Senior Physician on duty. |
Feedback: |
To maintain and provide optimum service, we welcome any feedback you may wish to give. |
